Final Project Assignment: Reward the Customer

 Online competition has disrupted the market and made it increasingly challenging to reach and engage with customers. Your goal is to get customers to return to the business’s physical location given these challenges. Here’s a guiding question for your project: how can you encourage customers to frequently return to and advocate for these businesses? How do get customers back into physical locations now that online options have made on-site visits optional?

Offer high incentives that speak to and benefit the member for on-site workouts/ classes. Overall, increased customer communication through email marketing and gratitude from instructors will provide a hybrid experience where constant contact is still available. Studies show positive reinforcement is the best form of discipline so we wanted to give back to our valuable members in a meaningful way with products they actually need such as sweats, watches, water bottles etc. These products are then used in marketing campaigns with hashtags with members being our influencer fans. boost memberships while retaining the old. Our plan was also sure to include a hybrid plan with accessibility to your phone, offering online classes and exclusive online streaming.
